Conditions for becoming a seller

Minimum 1 year of activity on marketplaces, 2 closed fiscal years
Minimum rating of 3.9/5 on third-party marketplaces
At least 100 reviews or 1,000 orders processed in the last 12 months
Proof of a warehouse in the EU
Customer service: response in French within 24 business hours
Positive evaluation during the Orange due diligence process (finance, CSR, compliance)

Financial terms

Business model: per-order commission + monthly subscription of €49.99
